The property is situated on the second floor and accessed via an external staircase.

• Open plan Kitchen/Diner/Lounge: With modern fitted kitchen comprising built in electric oven with ceramic hob and extractor cooker hood over, fridge, freezer , washer/dryer, microwave oven and dishwasher. Colour television with a dvd player, plus sofa and two easy chairs, dining table and chairs. A pair of glazed double doors lead out to a decked balcony with patio furniture and outside lighting overlooking The Strand.
• Bathroom/Shower Room: Panelled bath, wash basin with light/shaver point over, radiated towel rail, low level wc and separate, tiled shower cubicle with sliding glazed door.
• Bedroom 1: Double bed, built in wardrobe, glazed double doors lead to a private decking.
• Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with free-standing wardrobe.

Changeover day: Saturday.

Parking: a car park season ticket is supplied Free of Charge for your convenience.

Rent: is inclusive of gas fired central heating, electricity, bed linen and a supply of towels.

• Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
